Information about UNI CYTEAL

Composition:
Each 100mL Contains:
- Hexamidine Di-isethionate 0.1g.
- Chlorhexldine Di-gluconate (20% solution w/v) = 0.5ml.
- Chlorocresol 0.3g.
Excipients:
including Lactic Acid QS 100ml.
Uses and Instruction of Use:
Dermatology:
- Infected and superinfected dermatosis (Acne, folliculitis, eczema, pyodermatitis, impetigo, Intertrigo and cutaneous mycosis).
- Use pure solution for cleansing followed by rinsing, or diluted to 1/10.
Vaginal uses:
- Infectious, mycosis or parasitic vaginitis and vulvitis.
- Use pure solution by rinsing, or diluted to 1/10 as a vaginal douche.
Surgery:
- For the cleansing and antisepsis wound: the solution is diluted to 1/10.
- For antisepsis of the hands, the solution is used pure for washing the hands followed by rinsing.
- Dilutions should be made extemporaneously and not be stored.
- Do not use the solution to sterilize surgical instruments.
- Not for oral use.
Not to be used:
- Hypersensitivity to one of the components (or group sensitization).
- Contra-Use linked to site of application: eyes, auditory meatus if there is suspicion of a tympanic perforation.
Undesired reactions:
- Possible sensitization reactions, taking the classical form of contact eczema.
Interactions:
- The simultaneous or successive use of antiseptics should be avoided because of possible interferences (antagonism, inactivation).
- Particular attention should be paid to the many possibilities of inactivating interferences and in particular, should not be used at the same time as ordinary soap.
Precautions:
- Should be used with caution under conditions, likely to favorize systemic absorption.
- Use of UNI CYTEAL should be followed by careful rinsing.
Storage:
- Store below 30°C.
- Tightly closed after each use.
- Don’t swallow the solution.
- Not for oral use.
Package:
Plastic Pack in carton pack of 100mL or 250mL.
