Information about Tendoxal
Composition:
Powder for Oral Suspension: Amoxicillin 125mg/5ml + Flucloxacillin 125mg/5ml.
Dosage:
Children 2 – 12 years: 5 ml three times a day (every 8 hours) 1 hour before a meal.
Children under 2 years: 2.5 ml three times a day (every 8 hours) 1 hour before a meal.
Indications and usage:
Tendoxal is indicated in children for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections (otitis media, Pharyngitis/tonsillitis, bacterial sinusitis) and lower respiratory tract infections (pneumonia and bronchitis), treatment of skin infections especially due to staphylococcus aureus (abscesses, post - operative wound infections).
