Information about UNIFLUCAN

Composition:
Each capsule contains: 150 mg or 200 mg of fluconazole.
Indications: 
Uniflucan Capsules is indicated for the treatment of:
1. Vaginal candidiasis (vaginal yeast infections due to Candida).
2. Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis. FLUCONAZOLE was also effective for the treatment of Candida urinary tract infections, peritonitis, and systemic Candida infections including candidemia, disseminated candidiasis, and pneumonia.
3. Cryptococcal meningitis. Before prescribing fluconazole for AIDS patients with cryptococcal meningitis, please see Clinical Studies section. Studies comparing FLUCONAZOLE to amphotericin B in non-HIV infected patients have not been conducted.
4. For different dermal infections due to candida including Tinea Corporis, Tinea Pedis, Petyriasis Versicolor.
Dosage and Administration:
Vaginal candidiasis: The recommended dosage of FLUCONAZOLE for vaginal candidiasis is 150 mg as a single oral dose.
For Dermal Infections: One Capsules for 2 to 4 or 6 weeks.
Contraindications:
FLUCONAZOLE is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity to azoles.
Storage Conditions: 
Store below 30°C.
