Information about FASIGYN
Composition:
Each FASIGYN tablet contains: 500 mg of tinidazole.

Dosage:
Adult Oral: A single oral dose of 2 g approximately 12 hours before surgery.

Children less than 12 years: Data are not available to permit dosage recommendations for prophylaxis of anaerobic infections in children.

Indications and usage:
a)    Prevention of postoperative infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, especially those associated with colonic, gastrointestinal and gynecological surgery. 

b)    Anaerobic infections such as: Intraperiton.
