Information about DESARTAN

Composition:

Each tablet contains: 8  mg Candesartan cilexetil.

Each tablet contains: 16  mg Candesartan cilexetil.

Each tablet contains: 32  mg Candesartan cilexetil.

Indications and usage:

DESARTAN is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. DESARTAN is also indicated for the treatment of heart failure (NYHA class II – IV) in patient with left ventricular sy

Dosage:

Usual adult dose: Dosage must be adjusted, on the basis of clinical response, to meet the individual requirements of each patient. Initially 16 mg once a day, when used as monotherapy in patients who are not volume-depleted.

Packs of 16 Tablets 32 mg. Or Packs of 30 Tablets 16 mg.
