Information about Inditro 
Composition:
Each capsule contains: 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 mg of Pregabalin.

Indications:
Pregabalin Unipharma is a prescription medicine used in adults, 18 years and older, to treat:
•Pain from damaged nerves (neuropathic pain) that happens with diabetes.
•Pain from damaged nerves (neuropathic pain) that follows healing of shingles.
•Partial seizures when taken together with other seizure medicines.
•Fibromyalgia (pain all over your body).
Pregabalin has not been studied in children under 18 years of age.

Contra-indications:
•Allergy to pregabalin or any of the ingredients in Pregabalin Unipharma.
•Plan to father a child. Animal studies have shown that pregabalin, made male animals less fertile and caused sperm to change.

Dosage and Administration:
•The Physician will fix the dose according to the patient status and the kind and severity of the disease.
•Pregabalin Unipharma should be taken exactly as prescribed and it should be taken at the same times each day.
•Pregabalin Unipharma may be taken with or without food.
•The doctor may change the dose; the patient should not change his dose without talking to the doctor.
•The patient should not stop taking Pregabalin Unipharma without talking to the doctor, If the patient stopped the drug suddenly, he/she may have :
Headache, nausea, Diarrhea, trouble sleeping, increased sweating, or you may feel anxious.
If he/she has epilepsy and stopped taking Pregabalin Unipharma suddenly, he/she may have seizures more often, so you have to consult your doctor how to stop the drug.
•If the patient misses a dose, he/she may take it as soon as he/she remembers.
If it is almost time for next dose, he/she just skips the missed dose and takes the next dose at the regular time.
The patient must not take two doses at the same time.

•The dose range is 150 to 600 mg per day given in either two or three divided dose.
Neuropathic pain: 
Pregabalin treatment can be started at a dose of 150 mg per day. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dosage may be increased to 300 mg per day after an interval of 3 to 7 days, and if needed, to a maximum dose of 600 mg per day after an additional 7-day interval. 
Epilepsy:     
Pregabalin treatment can be started with a dose of 150 mg per day. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dosage may be increased to 300 mg per day after 1 week. The maximum dosage of 600 mg per day may be achieved after an additional week. 
Generalised Anxiety Disorder: 
The dose range is 150 to 600 mg per day given as two or three divided doses. The need for treatment should be reassessed regularly. 
Pregabalin treatment can be started with a dose of 150 mg per day. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dosage may be increased to 300 mg per day after 1 week. Following an additional week the dosage may be increased to 450 mg per day. The maximum dosage of 600 mg per day may be achieved after an additional week.
