Information about MOTIVAL
Composition:
Each coated tablet contains:  Nortriptyline hydrochloride equivalent to 10mg nortriptyline base and Fluphenazine hydrochloride 0.5mg.

Dosage:
Adults: The dose is 1 tablet three times daily. A course of treatment with Motival should be limited to three months. If the patient does not respond after four weeks an alternative treatment should be given.

Elderly: Elderly patients should take 1 tablet twice daily.

Children: should not be given.

Indications and usage:
Motival is indicated for the treatment of patients suffering from mild to moderate mixed anxiety depressive states.

Package:
MOTIVAL : 2 or 3 blisters, in each blister there is 10 coated tablets.
