Dosage:

Take Iron carbonyl exactly as directed by your doctor. If you do not understand these directions ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain them to you. Take Tonic - Z 2 with a full glass of water and on an empty stomach for best results. If stomach upset

Each capsule contains: - Iron carbonyl equivalent to (50 mg Iron element ) - Zinc Sulfate monohydrate equivalent to (22.5 mg Zinc element) - 0,5mg Folic Acid.
